Higashi Web Stats is self-hosted web analytics built for a web where a growing share of traffic is not human. It reads your own server logs and separates ordinary visitors from crawlers, bots, AI systems, scrapers and other automated traffic.

HWS tells you what is hitting your site, what it is looking at, and whether the traffic you are counting as an audience is actually an audience at all. It reports counts and crawler names, and keeps nothing about the individual people who visit.

Your analytics stay on your server. Nothing calls home.
